Personality:  Jasmine is not as shy as her mother, and actually enjoys attention. She goofs off often, but concentrates when she needs too.

Normal Appearance:  Blue hair, like Ami's, except it is down to her mid back.  Her eyes are a bright blue, and always wandering. She is tall and slender for her age.

Senshi Appearance:  Her body suit is white like the orignal senshi. Metallic blue skirt and shoulder thing. Her skirt is like the Star senshi's with a lighter blue layer underneath. Metallic blue boots up to knees. Her sleeves are like Saturn's, except transparent. Her bows are pale blue. The back one is long like the Star senshi. Her locket is a blue star with the sign of Mercury in the middle. Gloves up to elbows with blue trimming and wings. Blue star on her tiara.

Powers Based On:  Water

Henshin Phrase:  Aquarius Precious Power, Make-Up!

Transformation:  Jasmine shouts her henshin phrase while standing with her feet shoulder width apart. The groud around her seems to turn to water as she begins to spin on one foot. Gysers of water fly up from the ground, wrapping around her. It then falls to the ground and leaves Sailor Aquarius standing in her fuku.

Powers

Aqua Freezing Jet Stream:  Aquarius raises her hands above her head with feet together. Three streams of freezing water shoot up from the ground and spiral up into her hands. Spinning once she brings her hands down and shoots the streams of water at the enemy.

Marine Enclosed Glacier:  Sailor Aquarius creates a ball of shifting ice in her hands. Like a soccer throw, she chucks it into the ground. Leaving a trail of ice, it travels under the enemy and explodes, sending a cylinder wall of ice around the enemy.  It will last for a couple hits, but after it's had too much it will shatter.

Equipment

VR Visor and Computer:  Sailor Aquarius has a computer much like her mothers, except it is more space aged and only covers the right eye. It can be used for reading power levels and finding weaknesses of the enemy. Pretty much the same stuff as her mother's.

History

Jasmine is Jeremy, Imperium Knight, and Ami's child. She's had a pretty normal royal life, living in the Palace with her mother and father, though her father is often out at night defending the planet and her mother out of town attending peace conferences.

She was given the Senshi name of Sailor Aquarius, because her mother was still Sailor Mercury. Though her main powers come from Mercury, she is also in touch with the constellation of Aquarius, and drives small amounts of power from it.

If Mercury is ever to die or become incapable of serving as Sailor Mercury, Jasmine would take on the title of Sailor Mercury and would gain her mother's powers, passing her own as Sailor Aquarius on to someone else.
