Personality:  Kylie is an extremey happy, positive individual who loves to live life to the fullest.  She is sweet and thoughtful towards others and friendly to even those she just met.  To those who are her friends they find it unusual to see her without a smile plastered on her face.  She can take any joke and prank in good humour for the most part and has a belief that someday she'll find her true love, that she is destined to be with.

Normal Appearance:  Kylie has fawn colored, layered hair cut to the nape of her neck with azure-blue eyes.  Many in her classes find her generally attractive and her appearance is that of a tender, romantic with full lips.  Kylie's wardrobe consists only of soft pastels which she wears all the time.

Senshi Appearance:  As Sailor Atlantis Kylie's fuku has bright teal bows, a deep royal purple skirt and ascot.  Her gloves are solid white and she wears teal ballet slippers.  On her forehead she wears a silve tiara with a opal stone with teal and royal purple colors reflecting off of it in the light.

Transformation:  Kylie is surrounded in swirls of deep royal purple and bright teal and her normal clothes disappear as a glittery energy surrounds her body and forces itself into her. she spins around uncontrollably for a minute and then stops, in her pose, on her toes in a pirouette position with her fingers placed gently on back of her head.

History

Kylie orginally moved to the city of Crystal Tokyo to live with her relatives after her father lost his job.  Once in Crystal Tokyo she began to have dreams where a woman told her she would help save the world.  The dreams though she can barely recall and only remembers at times of extreme duress.
