Personality:  Hibiki is a calm individual.  He never rushes into a fight and takes no chances.  He plans his schemes out and prefers to let his minions battle for him.  He respects the possible consquences of time travel and avoids it as much as possible.  He fears the Imperium Knight and craves revenge for him destroying his Palace in the Time Warp years ago.

Normal Appearance:  Shoulder-length black hair and deep violet eyes.  Wears business suits

Senshi Appearance:  Wears a suit of golden, helmetless armor, with a red cape.

Powers Based On:  Time and his Crystal Staff

Powers:  Chronus can create portals to the past or present, but not the future, immune to alterations of the timestream, can sense temporal disturbances, and release extremely weak blasts of energy.  When in the time warp he has massive powers.

Temperal Wave:  Chronus raises his staff and swings it at his opponent, releasing a wave of golden energy.

Temperal Hurricane:  Chronus slams his staff into the ground and causes a storm of energy to fly at his opponents

*Nameless*:  Can fire blasts of energy from his staff at opponents.

Weapons/Equipment:  Only his Crystal Staff which grants him his energy blasts and attacks along with an ability to teleport.

History

Chronus was a young boy who had extreme talent for time travel and was kidnapped by Loki to help the Pantheon conqueror the world.  Chronus was raised like a prince and was extremely spoiled.  He moved to the Timestream and assisted the Destruction Squad in going to the past to destroy the Sailor Senshi.

After the Destruction Squad and the Imperium Knight had returned to Crystal Tokyo he thought his duties were finished and he wouldn't have to risk further corruption of the timestream.  Then the survivors of the Destruction Squad reappeared and killed the Sailor Senshi in one quick attack, but the Imperium Knight was unaffected.  He raced back in time to stop the deaths and Chronus was ordered to stop him.

He did by propelling the Knight into another dimension, but eventually the Knight returned to the timestream and defeated Chronus, destroying his Palace and reversed the Destruction Squad's damage believing Chronus dead.

Chronus was not dead though and made a new pact with Lord Bentaris who gave him a Crystal Staff allowing him to have the power to battle outside the timestream.  Now Chronus strives to destroy Crystal Tokyo and take revenge on the Imperium Knight
