Personality:  Diamond is still in love with Neo Queen Serenity, but has dimmed down a bit so it's not as obsessive as it had once been.  He is a concited individual yet is extremely kind and sensetive towards others.

Appearance

As Prince Diamond:  Diamond has long, pale, white hair that goes down past his shoulders and is tied back in a ponytail.  He has dark blue eyes and an upside down black crescent moon on his forehead and wears black crystal earrings.

As Michel:  Michel has brown hair and green eyes and is usually wearing either glasses or sunglasses, slacks and a t-shirt.

Powers Based On:  Mind control and dark energy

Powers

Mind Control:  When Daimonds wants to hypnotize someone into doing what he wants, a third
eye appears on his forehead, replacing his black crescent moon.  This third eye looks more like a golden jewel than and actualy eye though

Dark Energy Balls:  Diamond can create balls that are made of pure black energy that explode
upon contact with anything it hits.

Telekinesis:  Diamond can use this to lift small objects, himself and others by simply concentrating on it.

Force Shield:  Diamond can create a force shield around himself and whoever is standing within feet of him to block attacks

Illusion:  Diamond can only use this ability to alter his own appearance towards others and can't use any of his other powers without dropping his disguise with the exception of his telekinesis.

History

Years ago, when he was 19 years old, Diamond was the ruler of the planet Nemesis and was part of the group known as the Dark Moon Family. The people of Nemesis were the descendants of those who had been banished from Earth by Neo Queen Serenity for refusing to give up their evil ways and life to become purifyed like everyone else on Earth.

Diamond led an attack on Crystal Tokyo, where they attacked and destroyed most of the city and it's population, leaving the Crystal Palace standing, protected by a force shield created by the future Sailor Senshi.

Diamond fell in love with Neo Queen Serenity when he first saw her, and then later with Sailor Moon when he realized that Sailor Moon was Neo Queen Serenity's past self, and tries to brainwash her to make her his own, only to fail.

Before the senshi's final battle against Wiseman, Diamond was supposedly killed after saving Sailor Moon's life by taking the hit meant for her that Wiseman had thrown.

Instead he survived and nursed back to health by his old followers who were also survivors from Nemesis who had found him. He spent years in exhile, letting everyone believe that he truly was dead like everyone else in Dark Moon Family.

Returning to Earth after a 6 year absence Diamond got back into Crystal Tokyo by taking on the alias Michel Starbringer, a famous painter and sketch artist.  As Michel, he gets hired to be do a painting of the Royal family.

No one truely knows what the past few years has been like for Diamond or how much he's changed since the first war against Crystal Tokyo.
