Personality:  Cyra lives to destroy all evil on Earth before it has a chance to reach her homeworld.  She puts her heart into everything she does and tries her best to suceed.  She is quite shy and is extremely quick tempered, along with being a longer by nature, because she is afraid that is she works with someone she'll put them in danger.

Normal Appearance:  Cyra has long silver hair with brilliant black streaks in it.  She stands 5'7 and has a pair of blue-green eyes.  She constantly wears blue dresses with silver shoes and wears a fire-red opal necklace.

Senshi Appearance:  As Sailor Dragon, Cyra's fuku has a black body suit and a red skirt and top cover.  Her boots are green with a black border and she wears red gloves that go to her wrist and are fingerless.  Her tiara is black with a red opal in the center.

Powers

Dragon Sword Cyclone:  Sailor Dragon starts spinning her sword at high speed around her until a cyclone made of black flames shoot out towards the enemy.

Dragon Shield:  Sailor Dragon holds her hands towards the sky and a dragon appears forming a shield around her body that reflects some attacks back at the enemy.

Weapons/Equipment

Dragon Sword:  A double edged sword made from the fire and scales of a dragon.  It is said to have the power to summon dragons but Sailor Dragon has not figured out how to do so.

Dragon Wand:  A two-foot black wand with the symbol of a dragon on it.  This is the wand that Cyra uses to transform into Sailor Dragon.

History

Cyra originally came to Earth after the defeat of the Pantheon in fear that if she didn't stop new evil from escaping Earth it would reach her homeworld.  When she arrived she found the Senshi forces already engaged in battle against their latest enemy, the minions of Lord Bentaris.

Upon her arrival she met someone that she didn't quite get along with.  That individual believed that Cyra was a spy working for the forces of Bentaris, but it did not take her long to prove her loyalty.

Cyra is extremely secretive and has yet to reveal her true reason for being on Earth.  Others trust her to a point and hope that someday she will confide in them about her homeworld.

Since her arrival on Earth she has discovered a cave that she uses to train with her sword and when she needs to just be alone.
