Strengths:  Kelly is a friendly and loyal person. If she becomes friends with someone it will be for a long time. She is also very protective of the people she becomes friends with.She is known to be a outgoing person.

Weaknesses:  Kelly will never leave a battle with a comrade in trouble, which leads to her being hurt at times. So far she only cares about protecting Draco and finding her friend Sailor Dragon.She also would do anything to protect Cyra.

Fears:  That she will fail to protect both Cyra and Draco or that Cyra will be turned evil.

Personality:  Kelly wants to protect Cyra and the planet Draco.Although she listens to orders,she would do nothing that would endanger Cyra who she is protective of.  She is a dedicated individual who is loyal to the death.  She is also friendly and outgoing, and protective of those she calls friends, especially Cyra.

Normal Appearance:  Kelly stands 5'6 with long blue hair and violet eyes.  She wears black skirts, white shirts, and any color shoes that she wants. She also wears a dragon medallion around her neck which allows her to transform into Dragon Knight.

Senshi Appearance:  As Dragon Knight Kelly wears a black and gold uniform that has been remade for her and is similar to the uniform worn by Prince Endymion. She wears a green cape with her dragon medallion pinning it to her shoulders.

Powers Based On:  Dragons and Thunder

Transformation: Kelly holds up her medallion and a blinding light surrounds her. When it vanishes she stands fully in her Dragon Knight uniform.

Dragon Spirit:  Dragon Knight holds her medallion in her hands and shouts those words. When she uses it a dragon of black thunder appears and attacks the enemy. She can only use this attack once.

*Nameless*:  Dragon Knight can form thunder balls and shot them toward the enemy and are able to pass through Sailor Dragon's shield.

Weapons/Equipment

Dragon Lance:  The second weapon made by a dragon. Unlike Sailor Dragon's sword, Dragon Knight's lance holds no true power. It can however only be held by Dragon Knight if anyone other then her tries to touch it thunder immediatly surrounds it.

Dragon Medallion:  Given to her when she started her training to be the first female Dragon Knight. It can be used for her Dragon Spirit and also in her transformation.

History

Kelly was born on Earth during the Silver Millenium but her family moved to the planet Draco, where she trained to become the first female Dragon Knight on the planet.

The reason was because the first Dragon Knight was killed and she showed the most potential to be the second guardian just in case something happened to Sailor Dragon and also because she would be Sailor Dragon's protector during another mission. On her first day on Draco she met Cyra and the two of them quickly became friends, which also started a bond between them.

During her training to be Dragon Kinght and Cyra and Kelly's bond grew greater and the two of them slowly became a force to be reckoned with as they learned to fight as one. Five months before the end of her training something happened which caused Kelly to stop her training. A traitor arose with mission to kill Kelly before she ever could finish her training. However, instead of killing Kelly the traitor killed Kelly's parents and almost killed her, but she survived. After that she went into seculsion blaming herself for what happened and never completed her training.

Five months after the death of her parents Kelly reappeared and went to the rulers of Draco looking for Cyra. When she learned that Cyra had gone to earth to stop the forces of evil before it reached Draco she quickly said that she was going to earth to help her friend.

When she got there the senshi were already battling the minions of Lord Bentaris. The only thing she has told them was that she is looking for someone but didn't tell them who. She also hasn't told them about the danger to Draco.  Her friend Cyra has no idea that Kelly is on Earth at the moment.
