Personality:  Celest is very sweet and cheery, she doesn't seem to have an ounce of hate or anger in her body.  Though when someone puts those she loves in danger, another side of her comes out.

Normal Appearance:  Celest has long blond hair that she keeps pulled back in a loose pony tail.  She has green eyes and a very fair complextion.  She is normally seen wearing a knee lenght dress or jeans and a white button up shirt.

Senshi Appearance:  Her fuku is a darker green than Sailor Jupiters.  She wears green greek sandles and has a white body suit.  Her tiara gem is the same dark green color as is her choker.  He has a white gem  on her blue dow in the front of her uniform and a blue bow in the back as well.

History

Celest was known as Celes during the Silver Millenium.  She was the tutor of the young Princess since she was 16.  During her stay in the palace she grew to respect and eventually love the General of the Moon Forces, Christopher.

One night, after a ball, she finally told him her feelings and found out that he felt the same way.  She was happy with this and the two became a couple and started dating.  A few years later, when the Princess was 12, Christopher proposed to Celes and she happily excepted.  This wedding was not to happen though as she was killed during a bandit raid on Earth while visiting her sister.  The engagement ring was returned to the Moon General.

Now, Celest has been reborn in Crystal Tokyo with all the memories of what happened in the past. A locket was left on her doorstep on her 16th birthday, the locket for Sailor Earth.  Where is came from, she never knew, but with the locket in hand she set out to find her lost beloved, but she knew that people changed over the years.

She wanted him to love her for who she was, not because of their past life together.  Changing her hair style and name she became a servent girl in the palace, hoping to get a glance at the general.

She has been too afraid to approach him as of now, but lately he has been depressed.  She knows something happened, servent girls get all the good gossip.  the rumor that Christopher almost killed the Princess reached her ears and she almost fainted with shock.  Her goal now is to make him forget what happened and hope to get him to love her now.
