History

Fei and his sister's parents were murdered when they were only ten years old during the war with the Pantheon and they grew up blaming the Sailor Senshi for not being there.  They survived on their own in the wilds of Japan for the next ten years, learning each others strengths and weaknesses, and all the time planning their vengence on the Senshi.
