Personality:  Kakyuu is a fairly calm person, until you tick her off then you must beware her
wrath.  She is wise beyond her years and knows alot about the Sailor Wars and many other things. Since she is a Princess of her own planet she is very high breed and was taught to act prim and proper.  She is very regal and elegant since she is a Princess. She is a very warm and kind person who is willing to help the right cause.

Normal Appearance:  Kakyuu is very slim and small looking with red eyes that match her long red hair that curls into a circle and then goes down into ponytails.  She has a crown that is black with gold and has a few gems on it along with a few gold flowers on the sides.  She typically wears a long red dress that looks a bit like possibly a poppy.  It has puffy sleeves and the top that go down to make longer sleeves.  She wears black and red shoes with curled points at the end and the dress also has a black and red rope that swings downward.

Senshi Appearance:  As Sailor Kakyuu her hair remains the same and her crown in place.  Her fuku itself has a red bikini top like the Starlights' and she wears a choker that looks similar to a flower with yellow in the middle and two long strings hanging down.  She has a red ascot and her puffy red arm bands at the top of her arms.  Her skirt is red with a yellow trim and looks like leaves mated together to form it and wears the same shoes as she does with her dress.

Starlights Royal Straight Flush:  Kakyuu shouts then and hurls five cards at her adversaries damaging them when they connect.

Kinmoku Fusion Tempest:  Kakyuu concentrates and shouts this to create a hurrican of flowers to blind and confuse her adversaries.

History

Princess Kakyuu is the princess of Kinmoku and the one that the Sailor
Starlights were searching for. When Sailor Galaxia destroyed her planet, she managed to stand up to Galaxia's assault for quite a while until she was finally overcome.  Princess Kakyuu escaped to Earth; there had been no trace of her until Chibi Chibi finds a mysterious urn.

Her mission was to find the Light of Hope to defeat Galaxia, but was killed by Galaxia before she could suceed. When Sailor Moon freed Galaxia Kakyuu came back to life with everyone else.  Later that day she found the Starlights and along with them said good bye to the the Senshi before returning to rebuild Kinmoku.

Kakyuu and the Starlights returned to Kinmoku, where Kayakuu took the throne again for many years.  It was nothing but peace for her planet and then she heard rumors and stories about what was happening to the Earth.

She heard of the Great Freeze and the time where the Earth entered a state of suspended annimation until Neo-Queen Serenity arose to awaken them.  She also heard of the trouble Serenity and her kingdom, but could do nothing to aid her in fear that her own kingdom might fall.

Kakyuu soon heard about the defeat of the Pantheon by the Senshi and returned to Crystal Tokyo, thinking all was safe.  Kakyuu arrived though only to find the Senshi in a war against the evil Lord Bentaris and the forces of the United States attacking them.
