Strengths:  Michiru is a very good violinest, also she is  very good fighter and knows what to do in time of battle. She will protect her love ones at all cost.

Weaknesses:  She will often care about Haruka's well being than her own and sometimes even others. But she cares for all her friends and loved ones and will always fight to protect them.

Goals:  To become a famous viloinst, to live happily at Haruka's side, to protect the Earth from evil.

Fears:  That Haruka will come to harm or even die and she's be forced to live her life without her

Personality:  Michiru is elegant and kind, she has a graceful aditue and can be sweet to her friends one moment and serious to her enemies at another.

Normal Appearance:  Michiru has marine blue hair which is curl and falls over her shoulders. Over the years her hair has grown to her waist, she has blue eyes. Michiru is often wearing her fomal royal dress other than that she was various other outfits.

Senshi Appearance:  Michiru wears her original fuku from S in Crystal Tokyo it's marine blue with navy blue bows. He gloves like Uranus's are shorter than the other senshi. She weas a choker with a circle jewel and little spreaded out decorations on it. Her shoes are marine blue with a criss cross design.

Deep Submerge:  Neptune collects water in her hands and they form into a netpune-shapped planet which she throws at the enemy

Submarine Reflection:  She uses her Aqua mirror to send out flashes of light and energy

Submarine Violin Tides:  She plays her Vilolin which created waves of energy

Oceanic Tidal Submersion:  Neptune calls forth the powers of the ocean and makes a massive wave which crashes down on it's enemy.

Weapons/Equipment:  Neptune uses her Aqua mirrior which can detect evils and
reveal illusions.

History

Kaiou Michiru was a young girl who wanted to become a Violinst, until she learned of her destiny to become a senshi. One day to was introduced to a certain Teniou Haruka, she knew then she wanted to be with her. Michiru and Haruka sooned team up to fight the death Busters. An enemy which had been there fault for coming. They encountered the Inner Senshi and where very cold to them.  There mission was to find the talismans at all cost even if it cost the holder life.

It was later relvealed that Michiru and Haruka where the holders of the Talisman. After the S battle Haruka and Michiru left, their mission now done.  They returned to battle the Sailor Animates and Galaxia.

Now in the 30th century she lives in the Royal Palace with Haruka, she holds a violin class and still paints. She is also ready for action if needed and trys to help in the training of the Senshi, although she is still be taught a few tricks herself.
