Strengths:  Phoenix has an extremly strong will and can take being isolated for thousands of years without feeling the compulsion to talk to others, is extremely dedicated to her duty, and will stop at nothing to keep dimensional disturbances at a minimum.

Weaknesses:  Phoenix has trouble adapting to a social enviroment, although she does work remarkably well with others towards common goals.  Phoenix also does long for a male companion and to someday be able to pass her tradition on to another.

Goals:  To keep people from crossing into other dimensions, punish those who violate dimensional barriers, and return those who are stranded to their home dimensions.

Fears:  That she will fail at any of her duties and will be forever chained to her duty

Personality:  Phoenix is a cold, alof individual, but with great skill and ability.  She has lived at least as long as Pluto if not longer and is very wise.  She is a calm individual in battle and while has a keen tactical mind is not a very good leader.  Often times she treats anyone she tries to lead as game pieces to be sacrificed as necessary or as machines, not human beings.  All of this though hides the true Phoenix who is extremely lonely and despises her duty and wishes to find one whom she can love.

Senshi Appearance:  Sailor Phoenix wears a yellow fuku with no sleeves and blue ribbons.  Her hair is a dark black and her eyes a piercing brown.  She stands six feet tall and always carries with her the Phoenix Rod.

Phoenix Strike:  Sailor Phoenix extends the Phoenix Rod and the bird head on it points straight 'up', its mouth opens and a stream of fire pours from it at Phoenix's target.

Rising Phoenix:  Sailor Phoenix says this and suddenly wings of pure fire expand from her back and carry her a few feet into the air.  Then she brings the Phoenix Rod in front of her and the bird on it screeches loudly.  Then Phoenix either swipes a wing at an adversary disingrating almost everything in its bath or fire lances out from her eyes and surrounds an individual near death and returns them to where they have a fair chance at surival.  Regardless the intensity of this attack causes Phoenix to pass out and teleport back to the dimensional cortex afterwards.

Weapons/Equipment

The Phoenix Rod:  The Phoenix Rod is a staff with a phoenix sculputed at the top of it.  The rod allows Sailor Phoenix to open portals to other dimensions and access the dimensional cortex where she lives and watches for dimensional disturbances.

History

Little is known of Sailor Phoenix except that she appeared early during the Senshi's battles against Princess Arabia.  The only reason she helped the Senshi was because Arabia was from a parallel dimension and it was her duty.

Phoenix assisted the Senshi in their conflicts against Arabia and was key to her defeat after which she revealed that Sailor Aires orginated not from Arabia's dimension but their own and that she was the one that rescued the Senshi as an infant.  Afterwards Phoenix vanished from sight.

After her disappearance the Senshi researched into her and learned only that she orginated from their dimension and had been a Senshi since before Sailor Pluto.  Now she has returned to aid the Senshi for reasons known only to herself against the evil of Lord Bentaris.
