Personality:  Setsuna is very secretive she has the ability to see into the future but does not divulge what she sees. She will not normally interfere with the flow of time, unless she has good reason. She is very mysterious, and doesn't like to be outside of the time gate for extended periods of time. She doesn't leave the Time Gate unguarded for long because she doesn't want to leave it unguarded, nor does she want to interfere with time. She is always there to help the Senshi, however, weather it be a minor fight or a major crisis. She generally is warm hearted, and wants happiness for everyone. She is friendly to all the Senshi, and helped Haruka and Michiru raise Hotaru back in the 1990's. She can be one of the most loyal friends you could ever meet, provided that she opens up to you.

Normal Appearance:  Setsuna is always dressed up, she will never be seen in pants or anything like scrub wear. She has long Jade green hair which is fashioned in one half up odango in the back with the rest falling. She is about 5'6" and has red eyes.

Senshi Appearance:  She wears the typical Senshi outfit, except for the fact that her outfit has no sleeves. Her sash, skirt, and glove lining is black. Her medallion is the same shade of crimson as her eyes. She wears black boots, in a style similar to Sailor Moon's and Sailor Mercury's, except hers are black and have a spiked heel.

Transformation:  Her transformation stick creates a wave of energy that engulfs her, and when she reappears, she is in full Senshi uniform, her Garnet Staff in her hand. Crimson lipstick lines her lips and she is ready to battle.

Powers:

Dead Scream:  She calls upon the power of the dead to channel a beam of destructive energy.

Dark Dome Close:  She says this to stop time. It is her forbidden attack, and great punishments follow if she uses this attack without permission.

Weapon/Equipment

Garnet Orb:  This is one of the three Talisman, and is wielded upon the top of her Garnet Staff. It is used in conjunction with the Dead Scream attack.

History

Setsuna is the Princess of Pluto, and transforms into the Reformation fighter, Sailor Pluto. When Rini went into the future to save her mommy Sailor Pluto acts as a distant guardian for Rini while the young girl is in the 20th century. She has been charged to guard the Gate of Time with her key-shaped Garnet Rod. Sailor Pluto has the power to stop time, though the power is forbidden, to correct time distortions, and to see into the future, but she will not usually divulge what lies ahead. Additionally, she can provide her allies access to the Time Warp, which allows them to travel back and forth through time. Sailor Pluto is blunt and logical, which makes her seem cold and insensitive. Sailor Pluto leades a solitary life while guarding the Gate of Time, but seems to have a special place in her heart for Rini, who affectionately calls her Puu.

Sailor Pluto arrives on Earth as Setsuna Meioh to combine her talisman with Uranus's and Neptune's. She then returns to take baby Hotaru from her father, Souichi. Sailor Pluto is still charged as the solitary Time Guardian and still guards the gate as fiercely as before. Returning to Crystal Tokyo whenever she is needed, to offer advice or guard the Royal Family.
