Strengths:  She has the startings to be a good leader. But she rather work alone. Like Sailor Saturn she has a psychic power that flares out when she is very mad at something or very hurt..sad..ect ect

Weaknesses:  Doesn't like to work as a team and often trys to stick out on her own.

Goals:  She wants to know who she is and why she has so many strange dreams.

Fears:  She fears failing in front of one who she believes to be her father.  Personality:  She is very cold and rude on the outside, but is really a hurt and lost little girl on the inside.  Sometimes the mask of ice slips and on can catch a glimpes of the other her.

Normal Appearance:  Long blueish hair,stormy grey eyes with a darker ring around them. 5'7",and 112lbs. She's normal seen wearing jeans and t-shirts of grey and dark colors with jogging shoes

Senshi Appearance:  Her fuku's bodysuit is light grey in color insted of white. her gloves are short and fingerless. her skirt is made up of Dark Blue bottom streck (like Super Sailor Moon's) stormy green middle strech and dark grey is the rest.  She wears boots (like Eternal Sailor Moon's) greyblue rim, light grey in color.  She doesn't have a bow though.

Tempest Storm:  She stands with her feet apart her hands above her head glow with a greyish blue light collects between them,with the last word she holds this ball of light in front of her and opens her hand letting a greyish blue beam of enrgry hit the baddie.throwing them back with the blast.

Raging Tempest!!:   She yells this out, her feet together the place around her becoming grey blue all around,her body glows grey then dark blue, she opens her eyes they have turned a silvery grey all the engry moves to her hands and gather there as she raises them in front of her. like her first.attack.   She sends this in a large beam,sometimes killing the baddie sometimes not. depens on how strong they are, and how angry she is.

Weapons

The Tempest Whip:  A dark grey whip which she uses to stop baddies from running and trap them for a little bit for the other scouts to attack.

History

Shi believes that she comes from the USA.  Her father is a boxer with a short temper.  She knows little of her life before she came here and little is know about her.  She is very afraid of remembering, for she thinks that if she does something bad will happen.

She has nightmares at night, where she is Sailor Tempest.  She feels extremely frightened and her body is cut and gashed all over.  Her skirt is soaked in blood and her sight is bluring; she knows that she is going to die and then a young girl comes to her.  She wakes up then.  Every dream is different though and each one is more frighting then the last.

In reality she is not from this world..a man found her one day lying on her side knocked out and hurt very badly.  He took her and raised her as his own.  She is really a princess of a diffrent planet, more like a warrior of another planet.

There was a Brutal battle there. and she..being only 11 at the time had not the energry nor the powers to fight off the evil and it soon destroyed her planet, so she was sent there for the Princess there.

A fair and gentle one, Decided that she needed the chance to live and so sent her to a place she thought no one would harm her. The girl lost all meorory. when she remembers she blames herself for not being strong enough and not having been the best she could...and that is all
