Personality:  Wiseman has the mind of a master tactician is a calculating and calm.  He wants nothing more than to suceed in his goals and will stop at nothing to suceed.  He learns from his past mistakes and plans to not make them again, although even the best layed plans can back-fire.

Normal Appearance:  Wiseman now has a normal human body with has long black
hair that goes half way down his back and golden eyes.  Typically Wiseman will wear a light suit of gold and black armor under his robes that provides minor protection and always wears black crystal earrings.

Mind Manipulation:  Through a lengthy ritual and focus of energy the Wiseman can take control of an individual's mind and use them in his schemes.

Age Acceleration:  The Wiseman can also if necessary accelerate the age of an individual under his control allowing him to use children as his pawns by accelerating their age to adulthood.

Telepathy:  Wiseman can communicate telepathically with his servants wherever they may be.

Force Shield:  Wiseman can hold his staff in front of him and concentrate his power.  Then when being attacked the orb on top automatically creates and invisible force shiled that deflects the attack.

Dark Orb Envelop:  Wiseman focuses his energy to creat an orb that he flings towards his adversaries.  When the orb hits the ground it creates a ball of energy that will slowly crush his target.

History

A year after his defeat at the hands of Sailor Moon and Chibi Usa. The Wiseman's spirit didn't disappear when his original body was destroyed. His spirit floated, caught in between both worlds, vowing revenge on his enemies, and trying to find a way to make his return and kill Neo Queen  Serenity and her Senshi.

One day his chance came.  In America, he found a young man by the name of Angelus Frost who was  fatally wounded in an auto accident, ending it before it fully began.  Wiseman sensed a hidden power that lay dormant within Angelus' body, and decided to claim the body as his own. When Angelus died in the hospital, Wiseman used his powers to enter the corpse, while the doctors worked at trying to bring the body back to life, and soon took full control, the only side affect to his taking over Angelus' body, were his eyes changing colors, from light green to golden.

Using healing spells to heal the more damaging injuries his new body had, Wiseman, now Angelus, was released from the hospital within a week.

Once out of the hospital he went to work with setting forth his plans, and getting
back to his full power.  Using his dark powers Wiseman enlisted in a group of loyal followers who
have influence and money over the world, and began setting up contacts everywhere.

From his base in America, he's been keeping tabs on all of the remaining  Dark Moon clan that had stayed on Earth, and when the reappearance of Prince Diamond, Saphire, Emerald, and Petz was reported to him, he droped out of sight from America, and headed back to Crystal Tokyo.
