    Welcome.  You are about to delve into a world unlike any you've ever seen before.  You are about to enter Crystal Tokyo.  This RPG is devoted to my view of Crystal Tokyo and the world based on what I've seen, read, and also based on my own fan fics.  Evil is abound and it is up to the champions of Tokyo to stop them, are you courageous enough to join.

Introduction:  The background of this RPG.  Read on to see the basic plot of the RPG and to find
    some information on the world as it is.
The Rules:  No RPG can be complete without rules to keep those few annoying players under
    control.  Please read these before applying for a character.
The Players:  See the current list of the heroes, villians, and innocent bystanders of Crystal Tokyo.
    Please at least read some of the profiles before joining, especially if your character is somehow
    related somehow to another char.  Also look to see who's taken and who isn't.
Character Creation:  This is a guide to creating your character applications no matter if its series,
    adopted chars, or created chars complete with samples.
