Welcome to young heroes, villians, and citizens of Crystal Tokyo.  I am the Imperium Knight, commander of the Crystal Guard.  In this section I'll explain the rules of the game.  Just to warn you violations of these rules will result in dire consequences.  For the most part I give you three chances before I suspend you for two weeks and then the next time I boot you out of the game.  I haven't had to do this yet, but I've come close.

• Most importantly have fun
• Don't spam, flame, or make fun of other players or what they do.
• Please either turn off the <'s feature on you e-mail program or copy and paste the orginal message in a new one when you post.  Usually we give about 3-4 warnings on this before you're even suspended.
• Include all of the original text in your postings.  When the messages get around 16k I'll cut the message down and start a new part.  At that point you merely keep everything to that new part.
• Don't cut messages yourself, either myself, my Co-Administrator or a senior member will cut the RP when the time comes.
• Write all of your posts in past tense.  (example-'Jeremy walked down the hall' instead of 'Jeremy walks down the hall'
• Send a carbon copy of all RPs and posts to me, regardless of rather I'm in them or not this way I know what's going on and I can make sure no one violates the rules.
• There is no limit to how many posts you can make in one day to a single story, but please try not to post more that 3-6 times a day and only post when the time is approiate.  You only get one warning about posting and making posts that don't make sense.
• Do not modify another player's post.  If you have a conern with what they posted point it out to either myself or my Co-Admiinistrator Phantom's Angel and we will modify the post.  If you modify a player's post you will be removed from the game immediatly.
• If you don't see a chance to get you character into an RP e-mail me and I'll see what I can do for suggestions or even setting up the situation myself.
• You must have each of your characters in at least one RP at any given time or it will effect that charaters status in the game.
• Please be able to post at least every other day in this game.  We move at a fast pace and generally I find myself posting once a day.  This RPG is extremely busy so be ready for a lot of mail and make sure you have time to play.
• If you are going on vacation please inform me so I can find someone to play your characters if need be.
• If you leave the RPG or are kicked out your characters will be put up for adoption by either current players or new players to take.  If you were kicked out before your character took part in any adventures there is a good chance that your character will just be deleted.
• You can not kill another player's character without their permission.  Also no character, not even your own can be killed off unless it is approved by me.
• When you join you may apply for one character, and once you're familiar with the game a second character.  Anymore characters beyond two are based entirely upon my own discreation.
• You must do an Entrance RPG that you plan out within two weeks of being accepted into the RP.  You can take part in in any general RP that is after your entrance on the timeline but you can not take part in Entrance RPGs until after yours is completed.  Also don't join any RPGs until you figure out where yours is on the timeline by me updating it.  This way you don't accidently join an RPG before your Entrance.
• Any adventures involving time travel or travel off planet must have their basic plots ran by me first and then I must approve them and may change them.  Also any time travel stories must have the involvement of a character with time travel abilities.  At the moment the only characters with the ability to time travel are the Imperium Knight,Chronus, and Sailor Pluto.
• Characters must have time travel or dimensional travel abilities approved my myself and my co-Administrator.
• Also once your profile is up check on it, I may have changed a few things so your character could fit better with others in the RPG.
• The content of this RPG is more of a rated R.  Orginally we started out as a PG-13, but since then we do have multiple uses of profane language, scenes of detailed torture, a rape scene, and stories with extreme sexual content.  This isn't a Hentai RPG though keep the content mild and we're not having every story a sexual suspense.
• Realationships between other characters are allowed but the other character must consent to it.  Although you may still have crushes without the other players consent.
